Portal service provides for fleet management, vehicle monitoring, automatic logbook creation, statistics, and planning and archiving data at any place connected to a web browser by means of PC/NB/PDA/MDA. All telematic and telemetric functionalities are part of the standard design.

Quite often, small and medium-sized enterprises could not afford these otherwise economically favorable technologies because of their demanding management and pricing of the software. Not every enterprise can employ a skilled IT professional and most of them think twice about investment into regular and never-ending maintenance of software and data.
It is the web application that solves these and similar concerns over efficiency of deployment of GSM/GPS mobile units in company vehicles. Its revolutionary approach brings the capabilities of fleet management all over the world and in real time to the fingertips of any business, however small, at practically no cost. Internet access is all what is needed.
This Internet monitoring application transfers the whole dispatcher’s workplace to the web platform with very easy and intuitive controls. It is by no means just a logbook with delayed information access typical for contemporary half-hearted solutions of vehicle monitoring. Based on the long-year experience of car park operators, all relevant functionalities have been made part of the solution, including telemetric data like fuel consumption, engine speed, tachometer readings, temperature in the cargo space, etc. – made possible by the capability of LUPUS units to read data from the electronic bus of trucks and utility vehicles of almost all makes.
The user can work with vehicles on-line and in real time from everywhere, foreign countries included. He/she can sort the vehicles into groups, centers, etc., evaluating various statistical reports at the same time. So-called “control points” can be specified, e.g. loading/unloading; when they are reached, anybody else can be informed by a message to the mobile phone or the function “optimum vehicle for the destination” can be used. The system can import data from electronic statements of all fuel credit cards and, on the other hand, can export data into enterprise information systems or just print reports for the books.
This service also covers the need of continuous availability of information – so called “mobile office”. The button “Optimized for PDA” will show pages with identical contents in lower resolution. The desktop will be organized in different way, showing the vehicle tree as well as the map fitted to the full display size. Your car park will lie open before your eyes.
